Job Description
We build complex electro-mechanical assemblies for military robotics, microchips for medical applications, and custom machined components.
Responsibilities
Receive PQR from customers and collect documentation, data, and traceability for jobs and products.
Perform data entry and repair using Excel and other software.
Take photos, document, and investigate non-conformance issues.
Read blueprints to interpret GD&T of different parts.
Utilize quality inspection instruments and tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauge blocks, height gauges, and CMM.
Essential Skills
Print Reading / Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Experience with basic inspection hand tools
Experience with manufacturing processes
Computer literacy and use of Excel
Interpersonal communication skills
Experience with CMM
Knowledge of ASQ standards
Experience with PQR, PPAP, and APQP
Additional Skills & Qualifications
ASQ certification or equivalent
GD&T Technologist certification or equivalent preferred
Knowledge of practical application of statistical methods, SPC, Control Plans, and Problem-solving methods such as 8-D and 5-Why
CMM operation experience
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards
