Job Description

We build complex electro-mechanical assemblies for military robotics, microchips for medical applications, and custom machined components.

Responsibilities

• Receive PQR from customers and collect documentation, data, and traceability for jobs and products.

• Perform data entry and repair using Excel and other software.

• Take photos, document, and investigate non-conformance issues.

• Read blueprints to interpret GD&T of different parts.

• Utilize quality inspection instruments and tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauge blocks, height gauges, and CMM.

Essential Skills

• Print Reading / Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

• Experience with basic inspection hand tools

• Experience with manufacturing processes

• Computer literacy and use of Excel

• Interpersonal communication skills

• Experience with CMM

• Knowledge of ASQ standards

• Experience with PQR, PPAP, and APQP

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• ASQ certification or equivalent

• GD&T Technologist certification or equivalent preferred

• Knowledge of practical application of statistical methods, SPC, Control Plans, and Problem-solving methods such as 8-D and 5-Why

• CMM operation experience

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards
