Description

North Dayton company looking for a Sales Assistant for a contract project anticipated to last for several months. This person will act as a liaison between customers and companies. Sales assistant will be responsible for assisting with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries. This person must have strong customer service skills and have Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel. Requirements

• 2-3+ years of customer service experience

• 1-2+ years of data entry experience

• Experience with the full MS Office Suite
