Staffmark is hiring a detail-oriented Receptionist for our client's team in Dayton, Ohio. This temp-to-hire position offers a chance to grow with a company known for its modern facilities and supportive work environment. Position Details: Salary: $35,000/yr. (Will pay more based on experience) Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Two years of general office experience with customer service Basic understanding of administrative clerical procedures and systems Computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail Responsibilities: Answer central phone system and greet guests professionally. Provide callers with essential company information. Coordinate express mail and courier services. Handle ordering, receiving, and distributing office supplies. Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying and maintaining files. Support in planning company events like meetings and luncheons.
