Insight Global Senior Transformation & Education Leader in Dayton, Ohio

Job Description

We are seeking a well-organized, engaging transformation and education leader to join our growing organization. The successful candidate will be self-driven, an excellent communicator, have a strong background in managing United States Air Force (USAF) acquisition programs, strategic planning and road mapping transformation initiatives, and experience doing course development using the USAF instructional system design (ISD). This position primarily supports the USAF and is located at the UDRI Hanger 01 facility in the city of Beavercreek, OH at the Greene Center.

* Lead a variety of transformation initiatives to inspire and influence the reshaping of teams with multiple stakeholders, complex processes, and systems through creative problem solving, critical thinking skills development in an inclusive and interactive environment.

* Transform Rapid Sustainment Office (RSO) strategy into sustainable plans to evolve processes and drive alignment of team interactions to better support the RSO vision.

* Provide effective leadership, management, and efficient control over project team activities to ensure outcomes meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements to achieve RSO objectives.

* Evaluate education programs, develop course curriculum to meet academic, vocational, and technical objectives to align with the RSO mission to eliminate training deficiencies and improve training effectiveness.

Skills and Requirements

* Degree Requirement: Master's Degree

* 10 years' experience in USAF acquisitions, at both the program and Headquarters Air Force (HAF)/Secretary of the Air Force (SAF) levels, to include leading transformational initiatives.

* 5 years' experience working as a course director or instructional technologist/designer with experience planning, analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training and courseware.

* 3 years' experience working with USAF instructional system design (ISD), course design, curriculum development, or instruction design.

* Working knowledge of USAF acquisition principles, policies, and procedures for USAF education and training programs.

* Proven knowledge, skills, and abilities within the USAF ecosystem of strategic planning, program management, enterprise architecture, and road mapping. null
