Job Description

The primary function is working within Special Access Programs (SAPs) supporting federal agencies. The position will provide "day-to-day" support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.

Skills and Requirements

This job involves managing and securing complex computer systems. Key responsibilities include:

Configuring and maintaining software, file servers, firewalls, and security systems.

Troubleshooting system issues to ensure optimal performance.

Preparing systems for operational use and supporting tests.

Reviewing and updating authorization packages and notifying customers of changes.

Conducting cybersecurity inspections and coordinating technical security measures.

Identifying vulnerabilities and implementing countermeasures.

Managing video-teleconferencing systems and providing client support.

Performing help desk support and system upgrades.

Patching systems and supporting government-issued laptops.
