Aerotek Water Jet Operator in Dayton, Ohio

Job Title: Water Jet Operator

Job Description

Candidates will be setting up and operating OMAX Water Jets. Responsibilities include loading large sheets of metal (about 30 lbs) onto the Water Jet, running the water jet, and deburring any excess metal off parts. Candidates will also perform minor upkeep on machines such as checking fluid levels or changing oil.

Hard Skills

  • Setting up and operating Water Jets (minimum 2 years' experience)

  • Using micrometers and calipers

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints

Details

  • 1st shift Monday to Friday

  • 7:00AM to 5:00PM

  • $18 to $25/hr based off experience
