Staffmark is hiring for a Welder in Vandalia, OH, where you will work for a company specializing in customer Automated Equipment. Requirements: An HS diploma or GED is required, as are math skills and the ability to read blueprints and drawings, a welding helmet, and basic hand tools. 3 - 5 years of previous experience is also required. Pay: $22.00/hr - $24.00/hr Hours: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7 am-3:30 pm Essential Duties: Select the proper welding method based on the project's materials and specifications. Set up and align components, confirm measurements and specifications, and perform tack and finish welds. Use of hand grinders, plasma cutter, and hand torch Read and interpret blueprints and drawings for layout, fabrication, and repairs. Test and inspect parts for weld integrity and quality.
