Description We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in Daytona Beach, Florida. This role involves providing comprehensive technical support and assistance to our customers. The successful candidate will be adept in utilizing a variety of software and systems including Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, and Active Directory.

Responsibilities:

• Validate plans through diligent research, testing, modeling, and leveraging pilot sites

• Conduct thorough evaluations and research for third-party application solutions

• Manage and control devices using systems like Intune

• Provide responsible experience in computer support

• Offer robust deskside support and configuration management

• Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and desktop hardware

• Provide prompt and efficient application support. Requirements • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is required

• Must have experience with Database management and operations

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems is essential

• Experience with Lotus Notes is necessary

• Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products is needed

• Must have experience with Active Directory

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware is required

• Experience in Configuration Management is necessary

• Deskside Support skills are essential

• Must have experience with Desktop Hardware
