    ABOUT THE ROLE

With a focus on data-driven insights and technology, Pixalate is at the forefront of shaping the future of digital advertising.

    As Director of Demand Generation, you’ll work as part of a larger digital marketing and research teams to help create interest in and excitement for Pixalate’s products. You will be responsible for attracting customers and building out our sales pipeline.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead in content development to target consumers in the  DSP, SSP, Exchange, Network and Publisher space.

  • Create and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with Pixalate's business goals.

  • Utilize a mix of inbound and outbound marketing tactics to generate qualified leads and pipeline growth.

  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to drive engagement and conversions.

  • Leverage analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of demand generation programs.

  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance insights and market trends.

  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving revenue goals.

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into demand generation strategies.

  • Clearly convey the tactics and business goals associated with your demand generation strategies to coworkers and senior leadership.

  • Make the numbers talk when addressing executive teams by translating data points into measures of campaign success.

  • Work within a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborate with other departments, like sales and research, to develop and enhance strategies.

    QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • 8+ years relevant experience.

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in B2B demand generation, preferably within the ad tech or digital marketing industry.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential in this role. 

  • An entrepreneurial self-starter who has proven success in managing Demand Gen teams, programs and driving results

  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing marketing teams.

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising technology and industry trends.

  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive marketing decisions.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
