Our client, a leader in the food production industry is seeking a Accounts Receivable Rep to join their team. As a Accounts Receivable Rep, you will be part of the Finance Team supporting Office Operations. The ideal candidate will have financial experience, be tech saavy and a team player attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $22.00 an hour

What’s the Job?

• Generate and send out invoices to customers

• Process payments and record transactions

• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted

• Follow up wiht customers to resolve and disputes or discrepancies

• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries

• Assist with month end activities

What’s Needed?

• AP/AR Experience

• Customer Service Experience

• Microsoft computer program expert

• Degree in finance prefered but not required

• Ability to multi task
