Our client, a leader in the production industry is seeking a maintenance mechanic to join their team. As a maintenance mechanic, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting operations. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, problem solving, and blueprint/manual reading skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $20.00 an hour

What’s the Job?

• Repair and maintain the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery and equipment

• Study blueprings and manufacturer manuals to understand and further troubleshoot

• Preventative maintenance

• Assist with electrical, plumbing, machine, and facility upkeep

• Cut and weld metal to repair broken parts, fabricate new parts, and assemble new equipment

What’s Needed?

• 3+ years as a maintenance mechanic

• High School Diploma/GED

• Ability to work collectively with the maintenance department and team

• Positive attitude, willing to learn, great attendance record

• Ability to travel off site to get parts or equipment for the facility
