Description We are offering a contract for an Accounts Receivable Specialist position based in Dearborn, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to billing, invoicing, and collections in a dealership environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Supervise the billing functions to ensure they are executed correctly

• Generate and input invoices for customers promptly

• Keep precise records of all customer credit transactions

• Conduct collection operations and follow up on overdue accounts

• Regularly manage and monitor customer accounts

• Address customer inquiries related to billing and invoicing

• Ensure all Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks are completed in line with established standards. Requirements • Strong proficiency in billing functions and operations

• Proven experience in managing and maintaining customer invoices

• Ability to accurately enter invoices into the accounting system

• Solid understanding of the overall billing process

• Previous experience in collections and collection operations

• Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Demonstrated ability to handle and resolve invoice discrepancies

• Proven track record in improving collection procedures.
