If you are a Paraprofessional, Registered Behavior Technician, Behavior Health Technician, or Personal Care Aide, this is the opportunity for you! We provide *PAID *clearances and training and have opportunities for clinical supervision towards licensure. Based on experience and education, you can earn $18.44- $20.50. Must be available to work during operational hours Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM -7:30 PM.

Position Details:

At Merakey, you can make a difference in a child's life.

• Provide 1:1 direct service in family homes, schools, and community settings using evidence-based treatments, such as applied behavior analysis (ABA).
• Complete timely ongoing data collection, including parent/staff correspondence and all required documentation.
• Have fun and let your personality shine while applying individualized treatment.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Required:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or general educational development (GED) is required.

Preferred:

• 3-6 months experience in the division of behavioral health services.
• Current Registered Behavior Technician certification OR ability to complete 40 hours of competency-based training within 1-2 weeks of employment.
• Completed college coursework in mental health, child development, or a related field.
