In this position...

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Management Engineer to join our dynamic Client Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in device management, particularly with Intune, and a proven track record in client Wi-Fi engineering. Additional experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra, and conditional access will be highly regarded.

What you'll do...

· Design, implement, and manage Windows & iOS client configurations using Intune.

· Maintain client Wi-Fi configurations to ensure secure and reliable client connectivity.

· Collaborate with security teams to implement conditional access policies.

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Windows & iOS client engineering.

· Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

· Proficiency in automating BIOS and driver updates using Windows Update for Business with update rings to ensure technology operates optimally and reduces the need for IT support

· Experience configuring and managing Windows 365.

· Experience managing devices with Autopilot

· Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, or Python for automation and system management tasks

· Familiar with using MS Graph

You'll have...

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a combination of education and equivalent experience.

· 3+years of experience with Windows & iOS device management using Intune.

· 3+ years of experience with Windows & iOS client Wi-Fi engineering.

· 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra, and conditional access.

Our preferred qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a combination of education and equivalent experience.

· 5+ years of experience with Windows & iOS device management using Intune.

· 5+ years of experience with Windows & iOS client Wi-Fi engineering.

· 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra, and conditional access.

· Proficiency in automating BIOS and driver updates using Windows Update for Business with update rings to ensure technology operates optimally and reduces the need for IT support

· Experience deploying Windows computers using Autopilot and iOS devices using Apple Automated device Enrollment

· Experience configuring and managing Windows 365.

· Experience managing devices with Autopilot

· Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, or Python for automation and system management tasks

· Familiar with using the MS Grap

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

This position is a salary grade 8.

This position is a range of salary grades 6-8 .
