Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a GCP Data Engineer to join a balanced Product Team. Responsibilities include data Pipeline Development on GCP using tools such as Apache Airflow, Cloud Composer, and Cloud Dataflow. This person will be Implementing data integration solutions to ingest data from various sources, including cloud storage, and third-party APIs. They will develop and optimize data warehouse solutions using BigQuery and other GCP services. They will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security within the data warehouse environment and monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline and warehouse issues to maintain system reliability.

$57/hr to $59/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

-Proficiency in data pipeline tools and frameworks such as Apache Airflow, Cloud Composer, and Cloud Dataflow.

• Strong knowledge of GCP services, including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions.

• Experience with SQL, Python, and other programming languages commonly used in data engineering.

• Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques. null
