Job Description:

• Negotiate competitive contracts in the Motorsports category, i.e., terms & conditions, payment terms, and pricing

• Possess strong Supply Chain process skills with attention to detail, including the ability to interface with various legal teams within, leading meetings with supplier legal counsel, and facilitating risk assessments

• Ability to effectively manage, coordinate, and negotiate high dollar value contracts and POs

• Strong program management and communication skills. Ability to influence peers from within Supply Chain and cross-functionally.

• Ability to build/maintain constructive internal cross-functional and external business relationships

• Self-starter with strong interpersonal and written communication skills (team player)

• Ability to adapt to the “gray space” of Indirect Supply Chain buy with effective analytics skills

• Knowledge/Experience in Indirect Aurora (SAP Ariba) and non-production contracts is highly desirable

• Extensive contracting experience is a must, role will support managing, negotiating, and drafting numerous contracts including those over $100MM
