Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. IT Security Engineer to work remotely for one of their insurance clients. They will be acting as level 3 support that handles escalations from the level 2 operations team. An example of an escalation they would need experience handling is access management. If the operations team receives a ticket to grant access to something but that person still cannot gain access Level 3 steps in and assists. They must understand the principle of least privilege access and be able to analyze the root of each problem to solve it. Other issues they may work to resolve are related to active directory, firewall and security engineer operations. They also must be able to write scripts in powershell so they can access large lists in active directory at one time.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of level 3/network security experience

Experience handling level 3 support issues related to active directory, access management, firewall, and security engineer operations

Powershell scripting

PoLP (principle of least privilege access) IAM Saviynt

Security + certification

CISSP null
