The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, employees, visitors, and property by monitoring and patrolling the assigned area. The role involves preventing unauthorized access, responding to incidents, and providing a visible deterrent to crime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and Patrol: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure security and safety. Monitor security cameras and alarm systems.
• Access Control: Manage access to the building, checking identification and ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises.
• Incident Response: Respond to alarms, emergencies, or other incidents. Take appropriate action to resolve or mitigate risks.
• Report Writing: Document and report any security-related incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities.
• Customer Service: Assist visitors and employees with directions and information. Provide a welcoming presence.
• Enforce Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
• Emergency Coordination: Assist in the coordination of emergency response activities, including evacuations and first aid if necessary.
• Preventive Measures: Identify potential security risks and take proactive steps to prevent incidents.
