Holds BS (preferably MS) in Computer Science or related field preferred

8+ years of software development experience with at least 5+ years in a technical leadership role

Demonstrates developmental knowledge of coding, testing, supporting and debugging

Shows deep knowledge and understanding of enterprise-scale platforms and architectures

Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving skills and exhibits strong leadership skills

Ability to quickly get up to speed and support on existing application

Experience migrating a monolith application to a cloud native application

Experience with CI/CD and DevOps best-practices

Able to interface with business partners as well as internal and external technical teams

Can articulate business requirements and objectives and translate those into software development solutions

Have a good Knowledge on Java/J2ee Technologies.

Have experience in Deploying/Migration an ECM solution in Cloud.

Deep Experience in implementing scalable and fault-tolerant services/systems with high availability and performance that are capable of processing millions of transactions/documents and ensure software results built according to company standards and are compliant with business requirements.

Lead the design and implementation of micro service-based application

Having a hands-on experience in implementing Micro Service/Event driven applications

Passionate about developing, configuring, connecting and integrating systems in a complex enterprise application environment.

Grasps new technologies and can adapt to rapid shifts in priorities

Self-motivated, self-starter with clear communication skills who thrives working in a team environment

Experienced full stack development with as many of the following as possible: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, REST API/Micro Services, CI/CD, Gitlab Pipeline, Terraform Scripting to create resources/modules , Maven, SQL, Shell Scripting, AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS), Apigee, Docker, Middleware Knowledge (Tomcat), Hibernate, Git/Bitbucket, JUNIT, SonarQube, Front End preferable like Node.js, React, Angular, Knowledge on Identity and Access management concepts (Open ID Connect, SAML, OAuth)

Deep understanding of document management capabilities -- document generation, document repository, OCR

Preferred experience in Quadiant Inspire and IBM FileNet or similar tools

Experience in designing migration strategies of high volume documents between document repositories as well as tuning for bulk record deletion

Tools: Confluence, Jira, Slack, Teams, Zoom

$60/hr to $70/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
