Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences that integrate hardware, software, and services, deepening our relationship with customers across Ford Blue, Ford Model e, and Ford Pro. What you’ll do…

Program Management

  • Lead, manage, and develop project management methodologies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent project delivery and best practices.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and objectives.

  • Be an advocate for agile adoption across the enterprise to enable customer centricity and speed to market.

  • Partner with FIS’ Leadership team to effectively plan and manage complex, cross-functional projects from the initial ideation through final execution and sustainability.

  • Act as a bridge across teams both internally and externally to FIS, connecting and facilitating clear communication, ensuring interdependencies are understood and planned.

  • Lead monthly governance forums, inclusive of Ford Leadership, to agree upon immediate required actions to resolve blockers and ensure on-deadline execution.

  • Act as a sounding board to the FIS Leadership team to drive interconnected priorities, with an independent perspective, to drive alignment within their teams and external key stakeholders.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

  • Develop streamlined organizational communication and feedback channels, as part of healthy organizational change management; ensure transparency, awareness, knowledge, adoption, and recognition.

  • Increase consistency and efficacy across teams, aligning to workforce strategy and business priorities.

Risk Management

  • Exhibit strategic thinking capabilities and dynamic problem-solving skills.

  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide critical issue management, articulate risks, trade-offs and recommended prioritization based on a balance of business needs, constraints, and customer impact.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency in the teams.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the teams.

  • Drive adoption of agile collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet) to establish broader transparency and prioritization of work, in partnership with cross-functional teams.

You’ll have…

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience in leading organizational transformation and innovation transformations.

  • 4+ years leading complex, cross-functional projects with autonomy in an unstructured environment.

  • Well-versed in the creation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and associated dashboards to track project performance.

  • Superior communication and persuasion skills; ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs to tell a compelling data-driven story and deliver recommendations for business action.

  • Ability to influence without authority.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, persistence, and resilience; methodical thinker with an ability to thrive on and drive change while navigating ambiguity.

  • Passion for self-growth and desire to learn new skills and gain knowledge.

  • Proven relationship building and collaboration skills; ability to influence and drive outcomes in large, matrixed, and complex organizations; ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders including small to large teams.

  • Strong collaborator and persuasive influencer with structured thinking and proven ability to deliver results.
