Systems Engineer positions offered by Ford Motor Company (Dearborn, MI).  Develop and author feature-specific requirements and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned features. Create and review Design Verification Plan to validate assigned engineering features. Responsible for end to end issue resolution at time of system integration.  Evaluate potential design options to make appropriate proposals considering feature requirements, available technology, efficiency, and platform capabilities. Participate in cross-functional discussions to gather business requirements and technical expertise and translate them into tangible requirements and feature implementation plans to drive Feature Development. Drive change requirements for feature enhancements and quality improvements. Support the development of quality deliverables (DFMEA, PFMEA), the development of SCCAFs, quality metrics, quality history and issue resolution process (5D, 8D) as it pertains to assigned feature.  Provide product support, evaluating quality and aiding to triage issues to determine root cause, and manage Key Performance Indicator dashboards, tracking metrics and providing critical feedback around customer experience.
