Salary: $65,000 - 75,000 (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary

The Product Management Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting the business with technology integrations and enhancements. This support will include data reporting, data modeling and extensive knowledge of a CRM application.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing stakeholders expectations and fostering positive relationships with the businesses

  • Streamline CRM implementation processes to ensure efficiencies are achieved

  • Knowledge of project status with Product Owner

  • Create effective testing processes to ensure projects reach completion

  • Manage technology enhancement requests for business participants

  • Collaborate with all departments/teams to provide the best possible user experience

  • Support third party technology partners with CRM projects & enhancements

  • Project Management:

  • Highly organized, multi-tasker

  • Detail-oriented

  • Lead projects to successful outcome; build subject comprehension to understand risks and roadblocks

  • Solid knowledge of the Dynamics 365 (CRM) and other relevant applications

  • Effective communicator

  • Recognize and solve problems quickly

  • Ongoing Management:

  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions for requested enhancements & participate in system trainings for internal users

  • Establish criteria and implement tools to measure user adoption and departmental performance usage

  • Develop and maintain User Dashboards and performance scorecards

  • Provide Level 2 support for business inquiries associated with new and existing functionality, assisting IT with the development of Technical Design Documentation

  • Participate in ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

  • 1+ years’ experience in a supply chain function, finance, business administration, or statistics

  • Prior related experience with Dynamics 365, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), eProcurement, Sitecore, Microsoft Power BI, and other Microsoft applications preferred.

  • Financial or trend analysis experience preferred.

  • Supplier and customer interaction experience preferred.

  • Advanced detail orientation, capable of managing and interpreting extensive datasets to draw nuanced conclusions and support strategic decision-making.

  • Masters’ communication, presenting complex analytical data and strategic insights to inform decisions across functions.

  • Minimal travel required (typically to the corporate office in Charlotte)
