The Task Force for Global Health is an Emory University affiliate located in Decatur, GA. Its sixteen programs focus on building durable public health systems that serve all people. Focus areas include neglected tropical diseases, vaccines, and health systems strengthening. The Task Force received the 2016 Conrad N. Hilton Humanitarian Prize–the world's largest award of its kind–in recognition of its extraordinary contributions to alleviating human suffering.

ITI is a partner in the Global Program to eliminate trachoma as a public health problem. ITI’s mission is the elimination of blinding trachoma, the world’s leading infectious cause of blindness, through the stewardship of the donation of the antibiotic azithromycin provided by Pfizer, developing and strengthening partnerships for implementing the WHO-endorsed SAFE strategy for disease elimination, and knowledge management for the global program through the development and maintenance of the database for the Alliance for the Global Elimination of Trachoma by 2020 (GET2020) database.

Tropical Data is a global initiative supporting countries to conduct high-quality, standardized trachoma prevalence surveys. As a service, Tropical Data supports health ministries and their partners from the start to the end of the survey process, from planning and protocol development through to training, data cleaning, analysis and approvals. The service is delivered by a core team that includes staff from ITI, the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, Sightsavers and RTI International. The ITI-based data team delivers the core data service which includes support with electronic data capture, database management, and data cleaning and analysis.

Due to its expertise in supply chain systems management, database management, and ability to build and strengthen partnerships, in August 2024, ITI was awarded a grant by the Gates Foundation in order to expand its role by developing a program to support the promotion of child survival.
