Freedom Powersports Sales Manager in Decatur, Texas
RideNow Powersports, a leader in the powersports industry, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Train and onboard new sales team members
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Monitor and maintain inventory levels
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales management, preferably in the powersports industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of powersports products and industry trends
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
