Guam Ukudu Power LLC Electrical Engineer in Dededo, Guam
- Job Description [During Construction] - Review Electrical/IandC designs for new combined cycle power plant. - Review of designs, develop, test, and supervise the manufacture of Electrical/IandC components. Ensuring all Electrical/IandC aspects of the project requirements are met. - Monitor all installation of equipment at the site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules. - Issue NCR(Non Conformance Report) and Punch items to EPC contractor. {=html} - Interpret construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs. - Support the works produced by the technical advisor (Fichtner) or EPC contractor. - Witness inspection and testing and all commissioning activities. [During OandM] - Monitor and Manage EPC contractor's commissioning activities and warranty period after COD. - Prepare OandM phase including electrical equipment maintenance checklist. - Plan and perform routine maintenance and overhaul of electrical equipment. - Modification and Improvement of the power plant electrical equipment. - Troubleshooting of electrical equipment. - Provide root cause analysis when any trouble occurs in the power plant. - Support the electrical team in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the electrical team at the site. - Attend regular meetings with off-takers, engineers, and consultants. - Submit site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis as required. - Upload and manage the drawings and documents related to operation and maintenance. 2.
