Job Title: Credit & Incentives AdminJob Description

Maximize participation in a variety of federal, state, and local government programs by researching available programs and potentially performing tax research to support decisions on whether to pursue them. Complete necessary paperwork to secure credits/exemptions, and apply for programs/funds while following up as needed. Handle significant excel/spreadsheet work to ensure compliance and to model potential benefits of identified programs. Provide advanced knowledge of tax methodologies by researching new laws and attending relevant conferences and seminars. Engage in divisional and company-wide projects to develop initiatives and process improvements. Collaborate with other tax functions to implement optimal tax solutions and develop relationships with business units to serve as a partner in value creation activities.

Hard Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field

  • Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables/V-look ups)

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Corporate office experience (from internship)

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in DEERFIELD, Illinois.

Work Environment

4 days in office and 1 day from home, business casual attire, Hours 8-5 Monday-Friday, Large corporate office
