Our client in the medical device industry is seeking an Intake Operator to join their team. As an Intake Operator, you will be part of the Patch Intake team supporting proprietary software tools. The ideal candidate will have teamwork, dependability and reliability, and accountability skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Intake Operator

Location: Deerfield, IL

Pay Range: $18/hr.

What's the Job?

• Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards

• Follow all Work Instructions, SOP’s, and safety requirements

• Comply with policy, procedures, and quality standards, and safety and environmental regulations

• Maintain the cleanliness of the Patch Intake room and work surfaces within

• Perform good recycling practices

• Receive and process the Patch device (includes de-kitting and verification of patient information)

• Upload data from the Patch device to proprietary software tools

• Ability to meet deadlines/goals/objectives

• Identify and communicate any safety, quality, and process issues or concerns as applicable

• Understand and comply with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

• Participate in lean activities and 5S improvement

• Support problem-solving small group activities

What's Needed?

• High school education or equivalent preferred

• Minimum three months related experience - in a medical device, manufacturing, or regulatory environment, preferred

• Computer proficiency required

• Data entry experience preferred

• Ability to work in a team environment, supporting the objectives and goals of the organization

• Good time management skills

• Flexibility in work assignments
