Job Description

The Sr. Manager, Clinical Site Operations is responsible for oversight clinical trial site activities and performance. The Director will function as the direct manager for patient-facing clinical site staff as well as other support staff, such as staff responsible for essential document management.

Skills and Requirements

-8 years of relevant experience

-BS in life sciences discipline

-Comprehensive, excellent understanding of GCP, CFR and ICH guidelines

-Significant experience with managing clinical quality activities and in-depth knowledge of clinical operations.

-Significant experience in with clinical trial site/process audits and regulatory inspections

-Experience translating Pharma/Sponsor needs for innovation and creative approaches to quality management. * Roles approved to help as they bring on a large number of CRC -- part of onboarding these CRC, ensure the right protocol training and bringing resources across 7 different states

* Site Manager role - large de-centralized fashion

* Ideally from another de-centralized environment, coming from a large site networks (their T20) - Highlands, Velocity, Duke

* Vitals, phlebotomy, - not a pre-req but the team would be responsible for doing so

* No vax trial or therapeutic expertise needed - just the people management aspect null
