Arps Dairy, Inc. was founded in 1936. All of our dairy milk comes from family farms located within 30 miles of our creamery. Our farmers, many of which are multi-generational family farmers, are dedicated to upholding the highest standards in animal care, dairy quality, and sustainability. Sourcing from local producers is a strategic design made by the original founder and is a practice continued to this day.

We are currently looking to add more amazing members to our production team! Our Finish End Cleanup Techs take care of washing and sanitizing all silos, lines, tanks and fillers, tests sanitizer levels and cleans pipes, lines, and hoses while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in order to maintain food safety and high quality products to our customers. At Arps, we put tremendous value on punctuality and reliability and expect our staff to do the same!

This is a full-time position that starts at 7:30am Monday through Friday, but schedules are subject to change at any time based on current need.

Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent with the most ideal candidates also having experience in a diary or food processing facility, but we do offer on the job training. Candidates must also:

• have the ability to lift at least 50 pounds at a time unassisted
• be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and working in hot and cold climates
• have a strong work ethic
• be able to communicate effectively in the English language; speak, understand, and read written and verbal instructions
• be detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively
