Position: Contract-to-Hire

• 1st Shift: 7am-3pm

• 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1+ years in quality inspection.

• Preferred Skills: Knowledge of metal manufacturing and quality processes.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience with various measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, and CMM.

• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving, and computer proficiency.

• Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

• Dimensional Accuracy: Verify accuracy and compliance with specifications for all inspection stages.

• Precision Measurement: Use a variety of precision measuring instruments and gaging equipment.

• Record Maintenance: Keep accurate inspection records and certifications.

• Part Layout: Conduct layouts for PPAP, FAI/ISIR, and customer requests.

• Process Analysis: Analyze processes and report findings.

• Defective Material Management: Detect, report, and manage defective materials, including quarantine.

• Employee Orientation: Assist with training on quality procedures and gage maintenance.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
