YOUR ROLE
Follow batch formulas to manufacture finished products.
Controls and monitors processes.
Packages finished products and repackage raw materials.
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of mismanufactured product.
Identify and record any product quality problems.
Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.
Generate product labels for packaging.
Have the ability to stop production, if necessary, to correct quality problems.Actively participates in plant safety teams and improvements.
Supports Delaware CBS (Culture Based Safety)
YOUR SKILLS
High school diploma or GED
2 years chemical handling experience preferred or 2 years related logistics experience preferred
Strong commitment to safety systems and OSHA required standards
Flexibility to work overtime, extended shifts and/or other shifts on occasion
The salary for this role is $25.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
