As a Waterborne Lab Technician, you will manage the application and testing of waterborne paints. You will follow established work procedures, maintain equipment and follow safe work practices. Travel, if required, is less than 10%. This position is located in Delaware, OH and you will report to the Product Development Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Prepare paint samples for wet laboratory testing Perform drawdown and spray applications Complete color evaluations Coordinate spray projects, compile data, write reports, and work with waterborne quality assurance and production associates Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with successful completion of algebra and chemistry Follow and produce a paint formulation Previous laboratory experience Math, science and reasoning skills Spray application experience Color evaluation experience PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
