Job Summary

The phlebotomist organizes specimen collection requests, performs patient clinical laboratory specimen collection procedures, specimen transport, specimen processing and performs point-of care testing.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Phlebotomy certification/registration preferred.

  Pay

  The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $17.50-$23.00 per hour
