We are expanding our Delphos, OH team and looking for dedicated individuals to join us as 1st Shift Machine Operators (internally called Buffings, Systems Operators). If you have a passion for teamwork, safety, and quality, this is the opportunity for you! 2 nd Shift hours: Monday- Thursday, 4:30pm-3:00am (overtime as needed) Pay Rate: $20/hour + $0.75 shift differential Core Contributions: Safety & Team Coordination:

• Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members
• Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed
• Start each shift with a team huddle and stretches

Machine Operations:

• Set up machines at the beginning of each shift
• Work with materials and machines, following standard procedures
• Take manual measurements to ensure high quality

Training & Cross-Training:

• Participate in regular training sessions
• Cross-train others to enhance team capabilities

Essential Experiences:

• High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of relevant experience
• Must be able to lift 50-60 lbs. and push/pull 25-50 lbs. regularly, over 100 minimally
• Forklift and skid steer experience preferred
