Job Title: Production Manager

Job Description

As a Production Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the overall success of the team and department. Your primary focus will be on managing people, succession planning, job descriptions, strategy, budgeting, shrink, and yield optimization. You will exhibit communication leadership by working directly with various departments such as supply, sales, logistics, distribution, and performance. Responsibilities also include overseeing production manager scheduling, personnel training, enforcing company policies, maintaining efficient inter-departmental cooperation, and organizing and updating operating procedures. You will also be tasked with maintaining high morale, ensuring quality production standards, hiring new employees, conducting disciplinary procedures, and managing performance reviews.

• 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education/training

• Fresh Foods/CPG Experience Preferred

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Delray Beach, Florida.

Work Environment

1st shift: 7am - 4pm

or

2nd shift: 4pm - 2am

During season, may be required to work 6 days per week and OT. Must be able to work a flexible schedule in a farm and production environment.
