LOOK Buildings, LLC Purchasing Admin in Delta, Colorado

This is a complex position with multi-tasking abilities. Position will include record keeping, purchasing, scheduling and inventory control. This will start out as a part-time position and possibly work to full-time. Hours will range from 24-30, Monday-Friday.

Experience: -Quickbooks 2+years is a must (must be recent experience) -Microsoft Office: proficient in Excel & Word -Detail oriented -Comprehensive & Problem Solving Skills -Communication Skills; verbal and written -Dependable -Purchasing experience is recommended, or working with vendors -Construction knowledge is plus

Responsibilities: -Answering phones and greeting customers -In charge of purchasing material for jobs and inventory; understanding takeoffs and lead times -Keep track of inventory in Quickbooks; get familiar with material -Keep track of business records (insurance, licenses, equipment) along with sub records (W9 and C.O.I) -Scheduling deliveries -Keep filing system organized and updated -Office supplies inventory control -Document printing, binding and mailing
