Description We are seeking an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team located in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you'll oversee key aspects of our financial operations within the SaaS industry. The role involves managing accounting functions, leading a team, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing and review of ledger entries and reconciliations

• Manage the operation and maintenance of the general ledger system

• Prepare and review financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

• Ensure all accounting practices align with generally accepted accounting principles

• Lead the budget coordination process

• Hire, train, and supervise accounting staff members

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Oversee auditing and billing functions

• Ensure accuracy in journal entries and general ledger

• Oversee the month-end closing process

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient operations

• Work with NetSuite for various accounting tasks. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as an Accounting Manager or Supervisor

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Understanding and experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficient in conducting Auditing tasks

• Familiarity with Billing Functions

• Proficiency with NetSuite software

• Ability to prepare and analyze Journal Entries

• Understanding and experience with General Ledger

• Experience in managing Month End Close processes
