This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration heavy-lift launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to Earth's orbit and beyond. Engineered with a reusable first stage and a seven-meter payload fairing, New Glenn is building the road to space.

This role will work across vehicle stages and subsystems, and will support integrated solutions to achieve our vision of "millions of people living and working in space." In this role, you will utilize and develop system engineering processes, ensure consistent and high-quality implementation across the program, and serve in a systems integration capacity working with multidisciplinary teams to create technical solutions. You will also support the development, allocation, verification of requirements at all levels of the program using tools like DOORS Next Gen, system lifecycle configuration management tools, and other functional analysis tools.

Additionally, this role requires deep understanding of requirements validation and traceability, functional analysis, architecture definition, safety analysis, technical performance monitoring, strategies, and approaches to specialty engineering (operability, reliability, maintainability, supportability, producibility), and other system/product lifecycle processes. You will also support the alignment and consistent implementation of New Glenn engineering practices for systems across the program.
