TEKsystems Bilingual Customer Service Associate in Denver, Colorado
Job Description:
Help walk-in customers, answer incoming phone calls, and respond to questions via email/fax for tile customers
Provide sales support by giving best possible buying experience, product delivery, and after-sales service
Handle data entry for tile orders using internal system & Excel
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience, can be retail or admin experience
Strong computer skills: Basic Excel and utilizing spreadsheets
Great interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with customers
MUST be bilingual in Spanish & English

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm; Sat 9am-3pm (you will only work 5 days; 40 hours/week)
