What you'll own

We are looking for a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team and drive the development and optimization of our SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS environments, be adept at gathering and analyzing requirements, and possess strong problem-solving skills to enhance product functionality and user experience. Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and customers, to gather and document business requirements and user stories.

Conduct needs assessments and analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement. Product Analysis and Improvement:

Analyze product performance and user feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for enhancement.

Develop and prioritize product feature requests, working closely with the development team to ensure alignment with business goals. Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilize analytics tools to monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics.

Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into product usage, customer satisfaction, and market trends. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Facilitate communication between product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives, to support continuous improvement. Documentation and Training:

Create and maintain detailed documentation, including product specifications, user guides, and process workflows.

Assist in the development of training materials and provide support to end-users and internal teams as needed. What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in a SaaS product environment.

Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, product lifecycle, and agile methodologies.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills:

Experience with SaaS platforms and tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, customer success software).

Familiarity with project management and development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
