Growing manufacturing company seeking a Controller.

Robert Half Finance and Accounting is partnering with a local Manufactuing company seeking a Controller.

The Controller should have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 8+ years of experience.

The Controller should have management experience (this person will be managing 5 direct reports).

The Controller should have strong GAAP experience and experience with putting procedures in place.

Any Controller with Manufacturing experience will have a strong preference.

CPA is nice to have but not required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role

Bachelors degree

Experience with Accounting Software Systems

• In-depth understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Strong auditing skills

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP Accounting

• Understanding and application of US GAAP
