Location: Colorado

Job Level: Entry-Level

Shift: Full-time (40-45 hours)

Compensation: $65,000-$75,000/year plus paid training (+ $500 Sign-On Bonus!)

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced solar installer to join our team as a Crew Lead for solar panel removals and reinstalls on residential rooftops. In this role, you will lead a team to perform removals and reinstalls with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality results in a timely manner. As a Crew Lead, you will spend 70-90% of your time working on rooftops in various weather conditions, making a difference in the solar industry while providing world-class customer service. Essential Duties:

  • Lead and support the crew in removing and reinstalling solar panels in line with quality standards

  • Follow layout plans and ensure the structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment

  • Document completed installations to verify quality standards

  • Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and best practices

Key Competencies:

  • Ability to consistently carry up to 60 pounds

  • Comfortable working at heights (using ladders, stairs, and rooftops)

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel long distances

  • Proven experience in residential solar installations

  • Experience in roofing or residential construction is a plus
