Location: Colorado
Job Level: Entry-Level
Shift: Full-time (40-45 hours)
Compensation: $65,000-$75,000/year plus paid training (+ $500 Sign-On Bonus!)

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced solar installer to join our team as a Crew Lead for solar panel removals and reinstalls on residential rooftops. In this role, you will lead a team to perform removals and reinstalls with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality results in a timely manner. As a Crew Lead, you will spend 70-90% of your time working on rooftops in various weather conditions, making a difference in the solar industry while providing world-class customer service. Essential Duties:
Lead and support the crew in removing and reinstalling solar panels in line with quality standards
Follow layout plans and ensure the structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment
Document completed installations to verify quality standards
Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and best practices
Key Competencies:
Ability to consistently carry up to 60 pounds
Comfortable working at heights (using ladders, stairs, and rooftops)
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel long distances
Proven experience in residential solar installations
Experience in roofing or residential construction is a plus
