POSITION OVERVIEW:

In this position you will:

• Be responsible for:

• Prioritizing and selecting equipment, tools and consumables to fill specific project/work-site orders

• Maintaining, handling and moving the physical inventory within the warehouse as needed

• Safely loading and unloading materials on a delivery truck

• Driving to the designated project sites

• Performing periodic maintenance, custodial and housekeeping tasks such as: weekly upkeep of the bathrooms, miscellaneous clean-up/vacuuming of the office space as well as maintenance of the outside yard area.

• Possess a strong work ethic and follow-through on all job responsibilities.

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.

• Have a valid Driver's License

• Be able to communicate in English

• Have some high school and 3 months of related work experience or training, or some combination of education and experience.

• Be able to meet the rigorous physical requirements of commercial construction to include lifting heavy objects, stand/bend/stoop and climb ladders on a continuous basis

• Work hours are 6:00am – 4:00pm with additional overtime opportunities. Flexible schedule is critical to make all necessary deliveries to work sites, even at night, weekends, or on very short notice.
