Immediate Hiring - Facilities Coordinator

Job Description

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the daily management of an assigned facility. This role involves monitoring vendor performance, ensuring adherence to safety and security policies, performing weekly facility inspection tours, and supervising projects, office moves, and other company events as required. The Facilities Coordinator will work independently with various business units to maintain a work environment that meets occupants’ expectations and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor vendor performance for adherence to safety and security policies.

  • Conduct weekly facility inspection tours to identify items needing repair.

  • Supervise projects, office moves, and other company events as required.

  • Sign for packages and escort repair vendors to the needed repairs.

  • Sign people in at the front desk and provide badge access assistance.

  • Interact with customers to ensure their needs are met.

Essential Skills

  • Technical understanding of mechanical systems

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work with a wide variety of internal and external groups

  • PC literate

  • Basic office skills including creating reports, filling out forms, and tracking invoices/work orders

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 2-3 years building services related experience

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Work Environment

This role is based at a location on one floor of a building in Denver, CO. The worksite is located at 1999 Broadway Fl 18. There is a parking garage one block away with a parking fee of $11 per day, which would be charged back to the client. A shuttle service is available from the garage to the building. This position does not involve any cleaning duties. Monday-Friday 8am-5p

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00
