Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable IT Internal Liaison to join our team. This individual will assist the Denver District team with a wide array of tasks within the IT Support field.

Some of these tasks could include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to CED’s own in-house systems and general office technology, including printers, networks, phone systems and Wi-Fi systems. There will also be a responsibility for designing, planning, and implementing, as well as troubleshooting, of Hardware and Software Network Infrastructures.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and is committed to providing exceptional support to our office staff and end users.

Reports to: Profit Center Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

· Strong understanding of office technology, including phone systems, printers, scanners, networks, camera systems and Wi-Fi.

· Basic knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting techniques.

· Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Ability to implement, maintain, and support growing Hardware and Software Infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications:

· Technically minded

· Possess a desire for discovery

· Ability to quickly learn new concepts

· Able to communicate effectively with all levels from C-Suite to warehouse

Working Conditions:

· Varied work environment and conditions to include indoor and outdoor settings

· Ability to lift 50 lbs

· Ability to work irregular hours/shifts

Essential Job Functions:

· Provide Technical Support and Assistance to employees

· Perform analysis and collect data to establish the potential for improvements within the Communication Networks

· Stay current with new and emerging technologies as well as certifications

Compensation Range:

The compensation range for this position is $70000 to $75000 annually.
