ManpowerGroup Interim Technical Accountant / Assistant Controller in Denver, Colorado
Our client, a leader in the Financial Services industry, is seeking an Interim Technical Accountant / Assistant Controller to join their team in the Denver Metro area.. As an Interim Technical Accountant / Assistant Controller, you will be part of the Financial Reporting Department supporting the Controller and Financial Reporting Team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Interim Technical Accountant / Assistant Controller
Location: Hybrid - 3 Days onsite in Denver, Colorado (everyone in on Tuesdays)
Pay Range: $60 - $75/hour
What's the Job?
Assist with Year End Close Reporting and ensure timely completion of financial reports.
Support the preparation of SEC Reporting, including 10-K and Call Reporting.
Collaborate with the Controller and Financial Reporting Team as needed.
Utilize systems such as Great Plains, Concur, and Excel to streamline reporting processes.
Contribute to the implementation of Dynamics 365 for the GL.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Prior experience in the Financial Services or Banking industry is preferred.
Familiarity with SEC Reporting, 10-K Filing, and Year End Close Processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with Great Plains and Concur.
Knowledge of SOX Internal Controls and Reporting is a plus.
