We are searching for a Manager, Health Care Administrator Relations. They will be responsible for managing Arthrex's administrator relations strategy through educational opportunities, events and business meetings with health care leaders, physicians and Arthrex agency representatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Utilize knowledge of competition and the health care industry to seek out and recommend relationship and business development opportunities. Work collaboratively with internal departments, customers, and Arthrex agencies to develop educational content, key messaging, and assets to enhance administrator awareness of Arthrex solutions. Provide peer-to-peer expertise to health care professionals through educational events and strategic business meetings. Provide Arthrex agency coaching and teaching via conference calls, video meetings and in person visits. Strategically promote Arthrex solutions to meet our customers' needs through product knowledge and operational experience. Engage current and new key opinion leaders for local, regional, and national peer-to-peer interactions. Assist in the development and deployment of new administrator courses, educational events, and digital content strategies. Up to 75% travel.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required. 10+ years of healthcare experience in hospitals and/or Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) experience required. ASC experience is highly preferred. Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training: Skilled in optimizing clinical, operational, and financial performance of hospitals and/or ASCs. Strong knowledge of the orthopedic service line. Exceptional listening, communication, and group presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders. Strong business acumen with ability to incorporate insights from the business into strategic communication plans and overall creative output. Ability to be resourceful and handle multiple stakeholders with changing or competing priorities. Detail-oriented with strong initiative and the ability manage multiple projects/processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
