Position Summary: The Manager, Patient Reimbursement & Access Analytics will lead performance insights generated by integrating multiple data sets and engaging colleagues to develop a comprehensive understanding of the patient on-boarding, reimbursement, payer access, and on-going treatment journey dynamics for the organization. They will be responsible for generating and communicating operational insights across our product distribution network (HUB/SP/3PL/REMS), providing performance insights and opportunity assessments for our Access Reimbursement Manager team, identifying areas for patient treatment journey process improvements, conducting root-cause analysis, and additional ad-hoc business requests as needed. Additionally, this position will be responsible for partnering with our infrastructure team and distribution vendors to deploy and administer data validation and quality controls to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of data supporting the patient reimbursements and access process. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and analytical experience providing insights around the access and reimbursement process using a hub/specialty pharmacy distribution model. They will have the ability to leverage commercial biotech databases and systems, have a strong self-starting curiosity with demonstrated ability to develop and execute on a sound analytic/logical problem solving approach, the ability to synthesize and effectively communicate the insights generated from their analysis, attention to details, work collaboratively, and have the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Responsibilities:

Work cross-functionally to synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and articulate/communicate actionable insights to stakeholders based upon their assessment of the data.

Work closely with customer-facing patient access reimbursement managers and market access teams to understand the business needs and respond to data requests. Ability to deep dive into detailed data analytics to identify key performance drivers around patient on-boarding process, the payer reimbursement process, and on-going patient treatment adherence/prescription refill process.

Responsible for developing and supporting KPIs and routine performance reporting & analytics deliverables for the commercial teams with a focus on patient reimbursement and access, on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual time frame in addition to ad hoc requests from leadership.

Design and build accurate, actionable, and evidenced based business analytical models and perform in-depth data analysis le eraging the appropriate analytical tools and methodologies.

Lead multiple analytical projects by implementing solutions, ensuring progress per timelines and scope, and coordinating readout of results.

Demonstrate strong biopharma understanding and business intelligence to present data to get a clear understanding of our current performance and trends across multiple perspectives.

Demonstrate attention to detail, validating and verifying data for accuracy and completeness prior to publishing materials to business stakeholders. Communicate and work with team members to mitigate data variances or challenges should they occur.

Ensure all reporting and analytics activities are conducted in accordance with ethical compliance guidelines.

Education/Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required. Masters / MBA preferred. Equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience may be considered.

5+ years of relevant work experience in an analyst capacity in the pharmaceutical industry.
