We are seeking a dedicated Manager, Special Projects to join our team and oversee the Comprehensive Health Evaluation (CHE) program. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, structure, and operational efficiency within the CHE program. The Program Manager will play a critical role in developing and maintaining program policies and procedures while collaborating closely with legal and compliance teams to uphold regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and maintain program policies and procedures for the CHE program to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and operational standards.

Project Management: Lead various initiatives aimed at optimizing performance, compliance, and outcomes for the CHE program. This includes managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal, compliance, and clinical teams to align program objectives with regulatory and organizational g

Reporting and Accountability: Report program metrics, outcomes, and compliance status to senior management and stakeholders regularly.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the CHE program, implementing best practices to enhance program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field;

Proven experience in program management, ideally within healthcare or a regulated industry.

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA, CMS guidelines).

Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.

Project management certification (PMP) is a plus.

Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Clinical Transformation, providing strategic insights and operational updates on the CHE program.
