Hub International Part-time Client Service Associate in Denver, Colorado

Summary:

We are looking for a professional, organized, detail-oriented team player to join HUB International Investment Services, a nationally recognized Retirement Plan Consulting & Wealth Management Firm. This is a part-time position, requiring 20-30 hours per week.

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee document control for all Wealth Management clients in Denver as well as Salt Lake City offices

  • Facilitate account openings and new client integration

  • Monitor cash balances and distributions in wealth management clients

  • Schedule Wealth Management client reviews and organize 401k education efforts;

  • Aid in the process of transferring client assets

  • Build out the marketing and presentation pieces used in education efforts Organize the annual cadence of meetings with clients via office and virtual

  • Have responsibility for presenting financial wellness information to our clients in group and one on one settings

  • Assists with the preparation of meeting materials for meetings using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and proprietary reporting systems

  • Prepare Wealth Management meeting agenda’s

  • Assist with client events, client support, and special projects

  • Keep our marketing databases up to date by gathering necessary information and by entering the data in a timely manner

  • Be willing to be part of team that helps each other meet our goals to grow our book of clients

Valuable experience for someone applying for this job:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Background in financial services, insurance or employer benefits industries including any knowledge of retirement plans and investments (3-5 years experience preferred)

  • Comfortable speaking with people in group settings or over the phone, with a positive attitude, and professional interpersonal skills

  • Project management experience with working on several projects with different timelines simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Independent person able to problem solve and work well without oversight
